Basic Booking & Cancellation Policy

  1. Trips are sold on a ‘first come first serve’ basis. Trips are considered confirmed once deposits have been received in the Kurabesi bank account. Before deposits are received Kurabesi reserves the right to sell trips to other customers.

  2. 30% deposit is required no later than 10 days after the date of reservation to confirm your booking.

  3. Trip booking in the periode 60 days before departure will considered as last minute booking and will be requested to full payment to block seat.

  4. Non-chartered or scheduled-trips can only be guaranteed to depart with minimum of 8 guest.

  5. Trips will be confirmed maximum 60 days before departure. Or automatically cancelled if we do not meet the minimum guest requirement. In this case, all payment has been made will be 100% refunded.

  6. Balance of payment must be received in our bank account no later than 60 days prior to departure date.

  7. Failure to meet payment deadlines automatically cancel all booking reservation whatsoever and grants Kurabesi Explorer the right to offer seat(s) to others. All payment has been made while trip has confirmed is considered forfeited.

  8. Cancellations more than 60 days prior to departure receive a 50% refund of funds paid.

  9. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to departure no refund is paid.
