Basic Booking & Cancellation Policy

  1. Bookings are not confirmed until an advance payment of 30% of your total invoice has been paid for both your land-based, and scheduled boat trip.

  2. For boat full charters down payment is 30% and the balance payment must be paid no later than 60 days before departure. Late payments can result in your booking cancellation. 

  3. Trips are sold on a ‘first come first serve’ basis. Trips are considered confirmed once deposits have been received in the Kurabesi bank account. Before deposits are received Kurabesi reserves the right to sell trips to other customers.

  4. Balance of payment must be received in our bank account no later than 90 days prior to departure date. 

  5. Failure to meet full payment as indicated on the invoice for the confirmed trip will automatically cancel all booking reservations whatsoever and grants PT Kurabesi Nusantara Indonesia the right to offer seat(s) to others. All payment has been made while the trip has been confirmed is considered forfeited.

  6. Trip and/or sailing itineraries and daily programs are subject to change due to weather and sea conditions, availability of safe anchorage, government regulations and other factors. Every effort will be made to carry out the program as planned.

  7. The minimum dive level requested to join the cruise is PADI Advanced Open Water or CMAS level 2, with a minimum of 50 dives at sea. However, divers with a lower level will be able to participate, but with a specific coaching at additional cost. Please consult us for more information
